    1. Choose a child that you would like to sponsor.

    2. Click the “sponsor now” button on this page.

    3. Simply fill out the form and submit and then set up your recurring payment .

    4. If you have an AFM Kindful donor portal account, log in and select MCA Child Sponsorship, or you can create an account and do so also, but this is not necessary.
