Our America Schedule

Since we've been in the states a week and a half now, I thought I'd do a quick update and share our upcoming schedule with y'all.

We hit the ground running and spent 3 days at the G3 conference in Atlanta, GA. We were able to talk to lots of people and share the work God is doing in our tiny village in Western Kenya. The days were long, but it was a really great time and a blessing to be there. Three of our board members were able to join us along with some of their family members and we couldn't have done it without them. It was lots and lots of talking for this introverted, behind the scenes Mama.

As soon as the conference was over on Saturday we packed up and drove to Kentucky so Jeff could preach at Grace Point Church in Paducah on Sunday Morning. We love visiting Grace Point, they are such a sweet and welcoming group of believers. We were able to stay with some sweet friends and then headed to the Creation Museum and Ark! It was so cool to see all the exhibits and the life-size ark. It really brought into perspective how CRAZY people must have thought Noah was. Poor guy, people thought we were crazy for moving 9,000 miles from all we knew, which had to be way easier than building an ark, especially when it wasn't even raining.

Here is our schedule for the next month and a half. We will end our time in Texas spending time with our precious grand girlies and other family!

We also wanted to make sure you knew about the items we have for sale that are listed on our website. All of these items were made in Kenya and will help support the ongoing work there. As you can imagine rasing 120+ kids on a daily basis and schooling an additional 130 is quite the expense, but God! He has continued to provide for His work there.

Thank you for your prayers and support. Please keep praying for us as we travel and miss home. God has really changed our hearts and anchored them in Kenya, so while we have many friends and family we are crazy excited to see and spend time with, we miss home and our family there. 💜
